December 30, 2025It's only been about 15 days that I've lived here. The overall community is nice, has nice (above average) ameneties, the staff is friendly and nice, and I even like the view from my 4th floor apartment that faces the pool area. There are a few areas to improve though: (1) The elevators break often which is a big inconvenience and annoying. They should be maintained better and well. (2) The common hallways (connecting different flats/units) are almost always dirty. They should be mopped at least ...once every one week. (3) The amazon lockers need to be expanded/upgraded. Often the delivery guys leave packages in the open and they are prone to getting stolen. EDIT: This last point is taken care of recently. December 15, 2025It’s difficult to rate the experience because the office staff, the location, the apt layouts, the prices, are all fantastic!! But a lot of the tenants here are so disrespectful, noisy, smoking cigarettes and other drugs that smells everything in the halls rank with weed smoke and cigarette smoke - I’ve made a massive amount of complaints for almost a full year now and not one thing has subsided - so not sure what to say about it all as I still luv my apartmentReview from Apartments.com

December 8, 2025The apartment itself is great, but the main issues are the garage and mail. In Building 2, the third-floor entry door handle has repeatedly broken throughout our residency, and I’ve been locked out multiple times because it hangs off and won’t open. The mail situation is the worst. Delivery drivers whether it be USPS, UPS, Amazon, or FedEx cannot tell where to leave packages. I’ve had five deliveries lost from October to December across all carriers. A better system is needed; delivery services ...should provide peace of mind, not require me to walk across the entire complex to intercept packages. I’m also not the only resident with this issue, as I was warned about it when moving in, which shows the problem needs a real solution rather than blaming driver error.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 16, 2025The apartment complex is truly lovely. The amenities make it worth it. The maintenance crew tries very hard as well as the welcoming staff. The reason for the missing star is sadly the apartment wasn’t move-in ready. There is no hot water, so I haven’t had a shower in 5 days. September 26, 2025I really enjoy how peaceful the community is. It’s very calm and quiet with a lot of dining, shopping and entertainment options within walking distance. My only dislike is that there is a mix of remodeled and unremodeled units in my building. Some of the appliances are outdated and some minor pest issues. September 26, 2025The stairwells are still pretty dirty as well as the pool. The garages have been power washed and look much better. Garage gates in building two have finally been fixed after 3 months. The back side of the building on Cummins st is always dirty. September 12, 2025Generally very convenient area next to Costco. Over the last few years it has gotten a bit more ghetto with people leaving their dog poo and pee all over hallways and not cleaning up after themselves. People also walk their dog without leashes in the main courtyard which is annoying. Office people are very nice and generally helpful if you need something. Maintenance is prompt.
