THE Goods: very spacious 2 Bdr 1 bath apartment with brandnew carpet, paint and wood flooring. free water and also in a great location. 2 mins to the Naval base and 6mins to Downtown San Diego. 2 laundry room downstairs and 1 car park slot. friendly and respectful neighbors is a plus for this apartment.
THE BADS: No AC and No amenities. minor wear and tear aswell.

THE GOODS: This is a very spacious 2 bed 1 bath apartment. its 2 mins to naval base and 6 mins to downtown very convenient location. free water, new paint and carpets, the wood flooring in the living room is great as well. for $1250 a month it's worth it.
also 2 laundry rooms available.
BADS: No A/C and amenities.
