The Macklin is conveniently located near subways on a major road with a variety of restaurants, shops in an area with great schools, near the zoo and on a thoroughfare between downtown DC and the suburban areas. Its historic, well maintained. Its not a giant development but a quaint walk up with newly renovated appliances and a good mix of tenants. Safe yet open. It could use a gym and some more common space but its located close to some of the best that DC offers.
