This building is in a good location but the management does not care for this building or the tenants at all. It’s a fight to get something fixed and a long wait. When you tell management it takes weeks for the super to fix things. The building is not clean at all. At night sometimes the light doesn’t work because lightbulbs need to be changed. It’s a mess. Stay Away from this nightmare!

It is clear that the management and owner do not care for the tenants' well being. Rodents and cockroaches infest the building traveling through the heating system. Additionally, there are days when the building has brown water. The building has been poorly renovated and not well maintained indicating the owner and management only care about receiving just the rent payment (the continue to raise the rent every year). Think twice before moving in.
