management Needs to do better
May 7, 2021The security guards do not do their job and are rude , there is dog poop in the walk areas and in front of your door, they take a month or longer to fix any issues in your apartment and things still need to be fixed. front management only cares about 220 and 230. they don't respond to 240 and 250 problems.Review from Apartments.com
The peaceful Community
July 23, 2015This is a perfect community building that sit off the Saw Mill River Parkway. the first building has twenty floors and the higher you are you can see the Huston River if you live in the apartments on the right side of the building , the left side of the building apartments you see the Saw Mill River Parkway and the Cross County Park Way. The second building has 10 floors, the left side of the apartment you see the Highways the right side of the building apartment you see the twenty ...floor building and the breeze way. The duplex sit on the rear of the community grounds, which faces the Highway ofour little community. Between the twenty story building and the ten story building there are a breeze way, where you can sit and watch the traffic go by. However, We have excellent maintenance in the building and on the grounds. It has a play ground for the children. The three unit building make you feel like you are living in your own town.
