Our complex comprises two residential towers that offer breathtaking views of the city. The first tower stands 29 stories on Northampton Street, while the second tower soars to 12 stories on 860 Harrison Avenue. Our residents enjoy a shared main entrance and lobby space. We are thrilled to offer an array of resident community amenities for their convenience – including utility costs: gas, water, electricity, heat, trash removal, sewer, air conditioning, central air, laundry facilities, on-site management services, 24-hour security service, and 24-hour emergency maintenance, all included in the monthly rent. At 35 Northampton Street, we offer 245 apartments – including 242 studios, eight handicapped accessible, and three one-bedroom units, all handicapped accessible. The 860 Harrison Avenue Tower has 102 apartments – including 54 studios, 22 one-bedroom, and 26 two-bedroom apartments. Our new 2,700-square-foot connector building provides one entry for both towers, featuring a residential lobby, secure package room, mailroom, onsite management office, and elevators. The complex, built between 1969 and 1973, was a home for the Boston City Hospital School of Nursing. In July 1996, the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) took over the site. Later on, in December 2010, Trinity Financial was selected by the BPHC to redevelop various site components. In July 2013, Trinity Management, LLC joined as the management agent.
