January 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comthe new owner did not care about the tenants. all the electrical in our unit was ungrounded and while repairs were being done on the building, blew every fuse in our unit - light fixtures exploded- including our refrigerator. it’s took 8 days to be repaired.
