We started our family in his quaint building!
January 17, 2021In 1994 we moved to the 2 Bed \ 2 Bath upstairs in the back. There was a view of the bay prior to the re-models of the homes on Front Street. We had two parking spaces included at no extra charge in the heart of Hillcrest--and the one washer & one dryer were woefully inadequate for 8 units. However, the laundry mat is still close by on 3rd and Washington. Those were the days..laundry, La Posta Mexican Food and a stroll around the neighborhood. The apartment was breezy and bright--rare was the ...day we wished for central air conditioning. The residents had a strong sense of community which exists in the neighborhood today. The location can't be beat. With modern improvements like hardwood style flooring, double paned windows, updated appliances etc...the apartment is great for roommates, families starting out and students and professionals. Balboa Park is so close and we had the terrific cuisine of Hillcrest delivered within minutes. Check it out!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
