Incredible building, poor building management

I've lived in downtown San Jose for 17 years now, and 360 residences is by far the best building I have lived in. The units are spacious and modern, the property is well maintained, and the on-site staff (including front desk and maintenance) are friendly and helpful.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us at 360 Residences. We are happy to hear that our front desk concierge and our maintenance team has been friendly and helpful. We understand there is no leasing staff on site, however we do still offer in person appointments should you need to speak to someone in person. We do proactively conduct parking audits to ensure we have the most up to date information and avoid any parking concerns in the future.
