    Maintenance request AJ quickly responded to my maintenance request and contacted me to let me know he was in route to fix the problem and then contacted me to let me know that it was resolved. The staff here is the best, the maintenance guy’s are hard working and a great guys!

    Maintenance Always great service by the great staff! Play some maintenance request to have a television mounted and to have paint repair done to a new apartment. It was turned around and knocked out super fast.

    Fresh Move In My lease started on June 11th 2025 and the process up to that point was very seamless. The staff was very informative and communicative about every question I had and were able to best find me the space that I was looking for based on my preferences. As I write this, and have had a couple of days to move in, I'm quickly starting to understand just waht makes this place so special and I'm very excited to be here.

    Very Helpful I needed a taller ladder to remove a wasp nest and a bird nest and they came quickly to remove them. While here, they also helped me hang my flower baskets. Very friendly- appreciate them tremendously!

    Home Sweet Home! Our stay at 360 Jordan West was exceptional! From the beautiful apartment, club house and amenities plus the heated/cooled underground parking garage, the convenient location that’s close to everything.     Love it here! Loved living here for a little over two years! The apartments are wonderful, staff friendly, and amazing amenities! 1 bedroom with a den was perfect for an office/guest bed (Twin). The smaller community (only 3 buildings) made it easy to get to know people, especially regulars in the community room/pool area in the summer! Wouldn’t have moved except new opportunities called elsewhere!
