Most Boston apartments are run down and in need of desperate repair, but this building is different. They have a cleaning crew that comes once per month to do all the common areas, have laundry facilities across the outdoor walkway, and all sidewalks in and around the buildings are professionally plowed during and following snowfall. It's within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, and grocery stores (including City Target). Additionally you can get to 3 different train lines without ...
walking more than 5 minutes (B,C, and D lines). The apartment itself is updated and clean with all hardwood floors and is completely cleaned and repainted every time someone moves out. These are some of the best apartments in Greater Boston hands down.
