Great location, not so much the building complex

Hello everyone I know what it feels like when it comes to looking for a new place to continue our life's, we want safe neighborhoods, good schools for the kids, nice people, great restaurants or a least a variety to chose from, and bars why not we sometime need a refresher, margaritas etc. Montrose/ Glendale is the perfect place to do all of that, is has blue ribbon schools and shopping markets are walking distance, there are many rental building to chose from but in particular this exact ...

location lacks maintenance, garden make over, parking structure Reno, and a new coat of paint can make a huge improvement to attract new renters and make current tenants happy, overall it serves the purpose of having a roof over our heads and keep us safe
