In winter, snow is not cleared daily, but a shovel and salt are provided if needed during your stay. Check-in can be done at any time after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed and will be confirmed only 24 hours in advance. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden and will result in a penalty of $500. Pets are not allowed, and failure to comply will result in a penalty of $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
