    It's almost my third year here and it's quite peaceful, with quiet neighbors. I like the safety and cleanliness. There used to be a lot of parking problems, but I see they've fixed it quite well. Because of my job, I can never find the office open, but they answer quickly on the direct line.

    Unfortunately the laundry room never works , it’s truly a hassle ! Maybe you guys should consider adding laundry units to the apartments I just want to wash my laundry guys :(

    This place sucks. I’ve seen three property managers come through. They charge us for reserved parking when we don’t have our own spot good luck finding parking at night. The laundry room is atrocious the machines never work. You tell anyone all they do is look at you stupid and put a sign on the door

    It’s peaceful and clean. Maintenance is quick at responding to work orders. The girls are nice and helpful. Wish I could do more with my porch space but I am happy in my spot

    Lack of communication or don’t give enough time when they need to go in the apartment. I need my dog secured or put in a pet care facility and they send out an email the day before-at 5pm. Not only does not give me the opportunity to talk to staff about my dog situation or call the pet resort to see if they can watch my dog for the day. Also the front desk is impossible to get a hold of

    It’s awesome!!! One of the best places and The best management and maintenance teams I have ever experienced. The only issue is the roaches in the home Been dealing with it from the day I moved in but no solution Hope the management and maintenance team will find one soon

    I had to rent from 4 hours away so i wasn’t able to tour or be near for the experience but Celina was super understanding and patient and answered all my questions. She made it so easy that come move in day i was in the office for a total of maybe 10 mins to get settled and able to move in. The new amenities coming should be nice. The apartment was clean and ready to go and they even left goodies for me. I love it so far 48 hours in
