    Apartment was clean and well maintained. The grounds are kept clean and well landscaped. Management was very nice during our move in. You can tell they are working to improve the complex and are attentive.

    Front desk what incredibly kind and professional. Living accomodations are adequate. Safe and peaceful neighborhood with market value rent. Would definetly recommend to folks who are looking for a place near Denver.

    The building is quiet, well maintained, and clean. It seems as though they are constantly trying to improve the complex, and it shows. So far an excellent experience.

    I’ve lived at 39 North Apartments for 2 months now, and it’s been a mix of highs and lows. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Cherry Creek, I-25, and tons of great dining spots. The community itself has potential. I loved having access to the pool in the summer, and the dog park is a plus for pet owners like me. The smart locks are also a cool touch that made me feel more secure. That said, maintenance can be hit or miss. Some requests were handled quickly, but others took far too ...
    long or needed follow-up. Communication with the front office has improved recently, but earlier it felt like messages would just vanish into thin air. I’ve also experienced some surprise fees that weren’t well explained at move-in. Overall, while 39 North Apartments offers several attractive features and a convenient location, potential renters should consider both the positive aspects and the reported concerns when making a decision.

    I absolutely love it here! The move-in experience was extremely easy and the team here has excellent communication! My apartment is beautiful and they let me choose everything I needed. They also left very cute move-in gifts like snacks and gifts for my cat. I can't speak highly enough of this place and can't wait to start my life here. :-)

    The move in was interesting due to a last-minute change in apartments. By last minute I mean with an hour before we were supposed to move in, but the leasing agent was super helpful and sweet about the entire process. She was honest about what had happened in our original apartment and helped us through the process of setting up a contract for the new apartment with the same price we were supposed to pay.

    Generally like it here - pretty quiet, responsive maintenance, and a decent enough unit for the price. The renovations leave a lot to be desired - there are so many rough edges and things I've endeavored to fix of my own prerogative... It goes pretty far beyond oversights. These are not the sorts of things which an invested contractor or quality review would miss. Some even actively posed a threat to the building and unit's condition, like uncaulked escutcheon plates. Or the unimpeded 1/2" gap ...
    under the front door impacting HVAC efficiency and exposing the unit to insects. Other things are just strange, like missing baseboard, and the sock I found in my toilet reservoir. But these are only minor annoyances in the grand scheme of things, and have not interfered with an overall positive experience. I generally get the impression that Sack Capital is only here to flip this property. But even for as bumpy as the application process was, they've generally been pleasant enough to work with

    It's a fairly quiet and clean community... except for the laundry room, which leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully, there are washing machines (more than one) very close by, so it's easy to solve. The neighbors are pretty quiet. This is my first year, and it's been great.
