March 1, 2026It's almost my third year here and it's quite peaceful, with quiet neighbors. I like the safety and cleanliness. There used to be a lot of parking problems, but I see they've fixed it quite well. January 23, 2026This place sucks. I’ve seen three property managers come through. They charge us for reserved parking when we don’t have our own spot good luck finding parking at night. December 29, 2025Lack of communication or don’t give enough time when they need to go in the apartment. I need my dog secured or put in a pet care facility and they send out an email the day before-at 5pm. Not only does not give me the opportunity to talk to staff about my dog situation or call the pet resort to see if they can watch my dog for the day. October 27, 2025I had to rent from 4 hours away so i wasn’t able to tour or be near for the experience but Celina was super understanding and patient and answered all my questions. She made it so easy that come move in day i was in the office for a total of maybe 10 mins to get settled and able to move in. The new amenities coming should be nice. The apartment was clean and ready to go and they even left goodies for me. I love it so far 48 hours inProperty Manager Responded
