mostly mature homeowners and the rest is mostly other apartments filled with college students from the nearby university. Parking on the street is the same as anywhere else south of Anaheim street after 4pm. Good luck. But there is an available garage for each apartment so if you only have one automobile, or multiple motorcycles/mopeds or whatever, you'll be fine. Now as for the apartment itself, i can't speak for the other units because i haven't seen them, but my unit is awesome. It is the only downstairs unit, and probably the biggest one in the complex. Very spacious, fully carpeted. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is awesome because guest can always use the second bathroom and I don't have to worry about trying to cover up my own buisness. Kitchen is a little small, but it gets the job done, and the huge spacious living room makes up for it completely. The only real problem I have with this apartment is that when the unit upstairs uses any of their water, you can hear all of the plumbing. But overall, I love this apartment, and you can't have my unit. You are more then welcome to check out the others if they are available though. Or if I move out.
