August 6, 2015I live in a two bedroom 1 bath. My rent is $1250 not bad for a two bedroom in San Diego. The best part about my place is the kitchen lots of counter space if you like to cook and I do! Most of the apartments here are only one bedroom. And all of them don't have enough space for a proper dining area, it just becomes living room/dining. My apartment has a nice little balcony that overlooks our tiny courtyard. I can't smoke out there or grill so I put all my gorgeous plants. Huge sliding glass ...door from the balcony to LR, Makes moving in furniture a breeze. But unfortunately no breeze comes through. :( and with no AC it can get unbearable during the summer months. So buy fans! It comes with a dishwasher *bonus. But only one parking spot. So if your living with a roommate like I am some one is searching for parking on the street. The complex does have double parking spots but you have to have seniority to get one of those. And being 1 the only 2 units with 2BR you think they would give us a double spot..... Laundry on site 1 washer 2 dryers but with 11 units it works. The place is over 40 years old but in good condition. Oh and both rooms have good sized closets.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
