Established in 1863 thanks to a large land purchase and subsequent ranch, Spring Valley is home to a wide assortment of wildlife refuges, hiking trails and other outdoors-centered options. Today, Spring Valley apartments offer above-average school systems, much in the way of nightlife options, and a close proximity to the job market of San Diego.
When it comes to California weather, things don't get much better than life in Spring Valley.
