Best Apartment Building on W. Broadway!

I have lived in this apartment building for the last two years and it's been amazing. The building is centrally located in South Boston near the most popular restaurants and shops. It's also a 10 minute walk to the T (red line) so it's easy to commute in and out of the city. The building itself is safe, clean, and also offers a virtual security system. All of the units have recently been updated and the price is a steal for where it's located. Not to mention, there is a beautiful rooftop deck ...

that boasts uninterrupted views of the Boston skyline. This place is a 10/10. If units are available, I recommend acting quickly...they'll be scooped up before you know it!!

Such a fun building to live in and a great place to meet new people as well as network with other working professionals. Management team is very responsive to maintenance requests and takes care of the building. The views of the city from the roof deck are amazing!!
