December 15, 2025I would not recommend anyone move in here. I’ve seen roaches throughout the building. Doors are not always secure. The parking situation is a lot tighter than leasing stated. Hallways are unkept. Pool area is unkept. Amenities are limited. Leasing agents are very nice, but that’s not enough for me to recommend anyone live here.Property Manager Responded

April 7, 2025I’m really glad I chose to move into 4001 Midtown. The views from my windows and patio are awesome, the apartment has plenty of space, and the team here is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. Aimee is a rockstar, super efficient, quick to handle anything that comes up, and knows the area like the back of her hand. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I’ve been impressed with how consistent the events and food trucks are. The location is a major win too. You’re just minutes from ...the Heights, Galleria, River Oaks, and Montrose. Whether it’s tacos at Velvet Taco, brunch at Snooze, or a night out in Downtown, everything’s close and easy to get to.
