December 30, 2025pretty nice and a somewhat decent value for the area but still has some issues. huge roaches despite preventative measures, cheaply built/soundproofing issues (was on the top floor could hear my downstairs neighbors), constant package theft that got so bad that i had to start geting all my packages delivered to fedex, intercom system constantly broken, attempted break ins, etc. could be better, could be worseReview from Apartments.com

August 18, 2015This Apartment building is located next to virtually any amenities one could imagine. From your friendly neighborhood coffee shop,Walgreens, Multiple restaurants, even a great local bar this area has it all. The building itself in fantastic condition. For being almost 100 years old it's in remarkable shape. The halls are clean and the building is quiet at night. Highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
