Great building - not so great tenants
September 7, 2015Brand new building in the Marina Del Ray/Culver City/Venice area. Walking distance to movie theatres, great restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. Street traffic is quite intense during rush hour but street becomes extremely quiet later in the evening. Street is full of newer loft-style apartment complexes so it attracts a mixed bag of tenants. This building is fairly quiet but some tenants can think they are the only ones in the world and don't share walls with other tenants. Management is ...good at handling any issues with the building or its tenants. Building is fairly secure and has cameras but has had cars in the garage broken into. Overall a decent place to rent but could be better for the money you're paying.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
