July 2, 2025I recently moved into this apartment complex and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning, the leasing team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions promptly and made the application process smooth and stress-free. On move-in day, everything was ready as promised. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. I appreciated the small touches, like a welcome packet and clear move-in ...instructions. The community is quiet, safe, and beautifully landscaped, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everyone I’ve encountered—from office staff to neighbors—has been welcoming and courteous. June 5, 2025Disappointed that the building is called “luxury living” and we are charged for amenities when one elevator has been broken for a year, the other two for 5 months, the pool and jacuzzi are out of order for a few months now, and the building is left accessible to the public because none of the doors or security gate in the parking garage function properly. This is not luxury living. Looking down at a green pool everyday is not luxury. The smelly hallways and rodents are not luxury. We’ve heard ...that a “new company” is coming for the elevators about three times now. How can you even show this property to anyone? Must be embarrassing to ask new residents to walk up 5 floors to view their apartment and then have to tell them they gonna have to carry their furniture up those stairs too. June 4, 2025Terrible management, the hot tub has been broken for about a year, the pool is green and they need to hire professionals instead of letting maintenance just continue to fill the pool with tap water and then throw in shock to try and kill the algae. The elevators have been broken for 6 months, and they spend money on new a new video door access system, but yet the doors don't even lock so maybe fix that first to actually make the access system necessary. May 15, 2025Despite small improvements to the building and it's amenities, the building is still not very secure. One pedestrian gate doesn't have a latch (and thus is always open) and the door to the building on the other side of the fenced in area doesn't always close after being opened. Interior doors from the garage to the building also don't close dependably, allowing more public access to the inside of the building. Elevators are out of service for months at a time. A weekly security walk around the ...building to check all the doors and entrances and a little bit of maintenance could solve most of the problems with the building, but the property management company doesn't seem to be interested in issues unless people are actively complaining.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 2, 2025The staff is great. Unfortunately the complex is under new ownership again, which means all elevators, Jacuzzi entrance gates are not working. The staff again is great and gone out of their way to help my husband and I. I understand these things are all out there control. Hopefully the owners will make this place like it was when is was This place used to be called Ilume and make them luxury apartments again.Review from Apartments.com

April 2, 2025The location of the apartments is great if you are wanting the closest to Oak Lawn strip. They take a bit of time fixing important things like elevators. Things like that need to be fixed within a day or so. That is a huge inconvenience for a building that is 5 stories high. The staff is nice. The hallways used to be cleaned every week or so. They don't clean as often anymore. So the hallways are kinda gross sometimes. They also made a bunch of rules about the swimming pool area? March 31, 2025My experience has been pretty good here. I feel that the staff are trying their best with working through the problems of the building and fixing things will take some time. They have been communicating on the status of things around the building. I do wish the elevators would be back up and running. But overall it’s quiet and convenient.Review from Apartments.com

March 16, 2025There have been improvements. I still find the property not well kept. There are numerous doors that do not work, and never lock. The elevators are all currently not operating. Homeless individuals sleep in the stairwells or, do drugs in the stairwells. There are constant break-ins in the parking garage because the gate that separates the residential part to the main area never closes. And my unit my bathroom sink faucet is no longer has any cold water than my Sink disposal is completely rusted ...and smells horrible. There’s a leak under my kitchen sink. My windows and sliding glass door leak cold or hot air all year round. The gym facility has a lot of room for improvement because they’re missing all kinds of weights, specifically 20 pound Dumbbells and 50 pound dumbbells. The amount of mold that is in the gym, you can see it everywhere. The televisions don’t work in the gym you can’t control them.
