Affordable but not secure
April 22, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are beautiful and rent is reasonable but the building itself is not secure. The restaurant on the ground floor has a doorway directly into the elevator lobby, which means anyone can come into the building during business hours. Also, the parking garage door is frequently out-of-order and stuck open, resulting in several residents' cars (including mine) getting broken into. Every afternoon, schools let out and the kids start fights outside the building.
