423 Terry Apartments is a beautifully preserved historic building in Seattle's bustling First Hill. With a reimagined upgraded interior, this community includes units with beautiful original red brick walls. It's just a short walk to Downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, and thousands of shops and restaurants. These thoughtfully designed compact studios have attractive finishes, including quartz countertops, laminate plank flooring, and dimmable lights. Lofted studios are available. In addition, each unit has either a full kitchen or a private food prep area with a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and toaster oven. You can also cook dinner and host your friends and family in one of two fully equipped community kitchens, use one of the large workspaces, or relax in the lounge. Other building amenities include a shared patio with grill and fire pit, multi-use room, community-wide wifi, laundry rooms on every floor, controlled access and building-wide security cameras, package lockers, and bike storage. Utility Information: Water, Sewer, Garbage and Gas will be billed through a formula that divides the total bill and allocates the charges based on the number of occupants in a unit and/or the size of the unit. Tenants will setup and maintain their own Seattle City Light account.

Poor experience setting up a tour

I had an absolute horrible experience with establishing a tour with management. First, they had to cancel my initial tour due to a "double booking" situation, which is fine by me and I don't mind making those accommodations. I flew into Seattle to tour a few apartments and their ask was well within my range of the duration of my stay. Then, management called again with the SAME double booking excuse and wanted to move my appointment to a date that I would not be in town for. So they made the ...
accommodation of making it a virtual visit for me. I specifically told them I needed a 1pm slot due to my conflicts, that a 2:30pm WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE I AM AT WORK. I wait for some kind of initiation at one to do the virtual tour, and I receive no notice, so I call the number that called me yesterday. Not only did they not know who I was, but when the manager finally put his head together and realized I did have an appointment, it was a 2:30pm...the time I specifically told him I CANNOT DO. Unprofessional, unorganized, unwilling to listen. I can only imagine what hell I would have gone through as a resident of this complex. Utterly embarrassing. Thanks for wasting my time and thanks for showing your true colors to me before I committed myself to what I'd assume would be an awful experience, jerks.
