Pros: Weekly pest control — which is appreciated, especially since the building is older and pests are fairly common in Chicago. They mop the common areas regularly. Long story short, it damaged the way I could even get ready for work and I wasn't the employee and I wasn't the go-getter that they hired due to the fact that I couldn't be that without. I got fired from my luxury hotel high in the charts employee which damaged me and it's still hurts I was unsure as to what to do but I'm obviously smarter than people expect. So every time my water was out or off 311 and 211 got a phone call. Well luckily they kept track so any further issues will be accounted for if my eviction has to attend court.
