Poor Management

Management typically changed a few times a year. Most of the time, tenants would not be notified about these changes. If you have a maintenance issue, expect it to not be taken care of for a while. In fact, upon move out we had maintenance requests that had been open for months. The building is old, so there is a bug problem. Good luck trying to discuss any issues you may have with management, they can be kind of dodgy, if they even exist since they are often between new managers. Apparently a ...

few of them have been fired. They just are not very professional overall. Don’t get me started on the overcharge on the deposit upon move-in, disputes over which utilities we pay when it’s in the lease (they tried to change it and we got sent a large bill), and again, unfulfilled maintenance requests.
