Never have I had to deal with loud neighbors or late night racket. All the people I have met in my building are very friendly. The neighbor to my right has gone out of his way to help me on more than one occasion. The elderly woman who lives down the hall is such a sweet lady. I enjoy going into the hall to chat with her when she is doing her daily walking. The building has a family type atmosphere. Everyone looks out for each other and it is truly unlike any other place I have lived before. The property manager has gone out of his way to give me words of advice and to offer encouragement. I respect and trust this man, and I believe I have earned the same from him. These are the kinds of things that makes this rental feel so much like home. That feeling of community is refreshing. And as I mentioned, I live alone. But the environment and the people I share a building with make living alone not feel so lonely. The one and only time I had a maintenance issue in my unit, I slipped a note under the property manager's door, and the very next day, he had licensed professionals in my unit to get the repair taken care of. The laundry facility is clean and well kept. The hallways are vacuumed and cleaned regularly. The property is up kept on a regular basis. The parking lot is easy to maneuver. There is really not a single thing I could say that is even less than positive about the building, the grounds, the people or the actual unit. For any family or responsible individual who is looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend stopping by and filling out an application.
