March 4, 2018The only reason this has 1 star is because 0 wasnt an option .I lived here in for 2 years my very first apartment they did not disclose they had a roach infestation and infestation is putting it lightly my brand new furniture was ruined due to nesting they were coming out of my refrigerator and stayed in my oven they were all over my clothes and nested in my daughters toys and bed no matter how much i cleaned my apartment they just got worse as the time went by. The manager was taking the rent we ...were paying but wasnt fixing anything then decided to get new toilets put in but when asked about extermination she replied " that all has to do with every one paying their rent promptly, if they dont pay we cant afford the exterminationnation equipment. But go to home depot and buy it your self if you want its called home defense" . on top of that when new management took over money and rent payments started getting "lost" and maintence knocked a huge human sized hole from the hallway into my living room and refused to fix it. If i could post pictures here i would but please please please do not move here especially if you have kids my daughter is highly allergic to roaches and if i would've known at the time that thats why she was always so sick i would've sued them instead if just moving outRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Land lord and workers are scammers.
May 30, 2017I live there 3 months ago after living there a week o started seeing roaches it has a bad stanky smell lerking threw hallways. There are hipes and teenagers that run in and out apartments all day everyday.the hallways never smell like pine-sol i wouldn't recommend not a soul to live in that filt. Waring: for those who have nice expensive. Furniture. It will be infected after a week or 2.Review from Apartments.com

July 24, 2015Staying in these apartments for 8 months I have roaches mice and bed bugs infestation in my house all my stuff is ruined because of the infestation! Disgusting not to mention they have a bad sewage problem my tub is backed up and it stinks the water stopped going down! The sewage so bad it stinks in the buildings!!
