Rented for 1 year. Poor condition bordering unhealthy, especially concerning the cooler unit. Rude handyman who was often insulting; reluctant to correct filthy cooling unit where paint was peeling off the walls and vent cover. Small rust particles would rain down on your head when the unit was first turned on. Oven pilot would often go out. Stove showed signs of having been in a fire; melted and discolored plastics. Water heater barely operable and noisy. Electrical outlets and plumbing ...
not up to code. No batteries in living area smoke detector. Carbon monoxide detector was not operational and mounted in wrong location. Mold behind kitchen cabinets along with grease build-up where upper cabinets met ceiling areas. Rocky dirt shared yard difficult for toddlers and children to use. Over priced.
