The manager is slow to respond. Apartment has a roach problem, which has gone unaddressed. One of the elevators is broken way too often. Overpriced.

HEAT AND WATER ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT!! 4521 N. Malden, a landmark Buena Park building, was once home to comedian Bob Hope! Many of the studio, one and two-bedroom layouts feature new maple cabinets but still retain their vintage charm. The apartments all offer wall-to-wall carpeting and have great closet space. The two-bedroom apartments even have two bathrooms! The building also has other great amenities such as FREE heat, and nice laundry and bike rooms. Excellent city views are had from the apartments on the south side of the building. The Wilson bus stop is one-half block away, and the Wilson “L” stop is approximately three blocks away.
