Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent in the building's secure underground garage. The garage height is 6 ft.3 (1.9m) and the maximum vehicle length is 18 feet. A bike rack is provided in the parking spot of the condo for secure storage of your bicycles. Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. and check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn it on, put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit upon check-out. All properties are non-smoking, and city and strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies, or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Victoria is the busy, vibrant, and growing capital of British Columbia. There are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere, which could result in some daytime noise, but it is not expected to interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
