Amazing Apartment in Manayunk
August 12, 2024I just recently moved out of 4602 Canton and had the most incredible experience living there! I had to relocate for work otherwise I would have stayed. The property management team is so kind and super responsive, the building is basically brand new and in a perfect location (walkable to Main Street, Manayunk train station, and parking is free and super accessible with a free parking lot across the street. Also there is a gym downstairs and a covered parking garage if you want to pay a bit extra ...for your own spot. Great location, best staff ever
August 6, 2024The location is top notch, set back in Manayunk but walkable to everything, trails, restaurants, bars, etc. Newer building so very few issues but what sets it apart is Frankie the maintenance guy. Not only super friendly and a joy to talk to, but works so quick and goes above and beyond. Truly the best!! Will miss him at our new place!! Nice Apartment in Manayunk
December 27, 2021We love living at 4602 Canton St! My wife and I moved in last year and it has been a great experience so far- its conveniently located within walking distance to all our favorite spots in Manayunk and the train makes it so easy to ride into Center City! There is also a fitness center in the building that we use nearly every day.Property Manager Responded

Great location but...
April 15, 2021There is no insulation in the walls. You can hear everything next to/above and below you. My neighbors aren’t loud but I can hear every footstep of the person living above me, every word of a phone conversation of the person next to me. The apartment looks nice but appliances are cheap and break often.Review from Apartments.com

February 24, 2021Pros: The apartment itself was nice as we were the first ones to live in it, so it was very clean and the layout was spacious. It was also in a nice location - walkable to main street Manayunk. The downfalls -The walls are very thin - we often heard our neighbors fighting and heard people walk around above us. It also has sketchy parking unless you can park underground. Seems to be a public lot so anyone can really park there. AND the management. In my 10+ years of living in multiple ...apartments, this management is so disorganized. They are insanely hard to get a hold of and not consistent at all. I had been looking for a new place to live in Manayunk for sometime and I was thrilled to find this building because it hit all my marks- walking distance to my job on Main street, parking, and close to great biking and running trails.
