I’m a current resident, and I’ll say the rent is manageable and the area is decent. Here’s the deal, the roof is bad, the shingles on the roof is in poor condition, it’s raining, and the water from the outside is making its way in the inside of the house, water is dripping from the ceiling down to my living room floor. I told The manager, manager tells me that the owner has sent roof workers but they can’t work on raining conditions, makes sense right? Knowing that the shingles are in bad ...
conditions, why didn’t they send them before? like in the summer? the weather is clear in the summer but instead he sent them last minute when the rain is pouring into my apartment where I live.
