Water began leaking from a light fixture in my kitchen, and shortly after, the sewer backed up in my shower for over four days. I was forced to find alternative accommodation, but I received no compensation for the inconvenience. The situation escalated in April when an office employee instructed a contractor to break into my apartment to fix ceiling patches from an earlier AC installation. I was asleep at the time and was abruptly woken by drilling noises. The contractor was unaware I was home, and I was never informed who authorized this intrusion. When I raised the issue with the manager, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. Recently, last weekend my HVAC system failed again, and my stove stopped working on the same night. Additionally, there have been incidents of homeless individuals breaking into and staying in vacant units. Today is my final day here; I can no longer tolerate these ongoing issues Overall, Fowler has demonstrated a complete lack of care and professionalism. They never answer the phone, and they consistently fail to respond to emails or voicemails. I am considering legal action due to the ongoing issues and the poor handling of my concerns. I strongly advise staying away from Fowler and this property.
