Unprofessional & Mice Infestation
September 7, 2020Been living here for only 8 months & I have seen a mouse in my unit about 3 times. I talk to my neighbor in the next unit & she even told me she seen mouse droppings on her kitchen floor while cleaning. I have called my landlord multiple times & even posted mouse alert on my tenant portal. No one called me back or even came to check. They are so unprofessional! They never answer the phone, but let rent be due they are always on top when it comes to that. I don’t recommend. They have decent units ...though.
