Where to begin…. 3 main reasons I won’t be renewing my lease
1. The foundation was never settled before constructing the rest of the building. I confirmed this with a neighbor. As a result all the walls have huge cracks in them and the floors are consistently 1/4 inch lower than the wall.
2. The walls are hella thin. I can hear my neighbor sneeze every morning.
3. The neighbors are young and the place has a dormitory feel to it. Again because of the thin walls you hear every party
