Awesome amenities, building upkeep, etc. Either I have the quietest neighbors in the world, or the walls between apartments are very soundproof (I'm on the 5th floor so I can't speak to the noise between floors). Whenever I've ran into a problem, the staff is friendly and helpful. I've always lived in homes, so I was pretty weary about apartment living, but my experience has been really great so far. Really nice place, terrible staff.
October 3, 2024I would put 0 stars if I could. I move out of the apartment (nice place), pay the ridiculous fees, and then receive a notice from a debt collector. After I showed that I had disputed the claim in the past (to no response), they sent me the same bill I had confirmation that I had already paid four months ago! There was nowhere close to enough communication to justify a debt collector, ESPECIALLY when I had confirmation that I paid the bill the same day I was charged. Terrible customer service, I ...can't believe the incompetency and lack of effort from the staff for such a nice property.Property Manager Responded
