February 10, 2022The property needs work on curb appeal! Embarrassing to walk down Central Avenue and see all the cigarette butts in the bushes and along the entrance to the building. That is the first thing the public sees. The weeds and landscaping this summer was disappointing, weeds a foot high along the building. The pet stations are usually filled to overflowing and not emptied on a regular basis. The garage level elevator entryways should be vacuumed more often.
