Worst complex you’ll ever live in
June 6, 2024Anywhere from 10-15 cars or so in both parking garages had their windows smashed and broken into. this is the third time this has happened. There’s always plumbing issues atleast once a month. Today I haven’t had running water for over 12 hours. They said it would be back on my 7 pm. it’s now 9:30 and no Still don’t have running water. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment but it’s not. I’ve also put in multiple maintenance requests for them to fix my balcony door because there’s water damage ...every time it rains. They’ve never fixed it. The maintenance people here are sketchy and don’t actually fix anything. Also there have been squatters in vacant apartments, multiple apartments have been broken into. Homeless people everywhere. Someone was found dead in their apartment. Also another lady experienced gun violence here. This place sucks. My apartment unit itself is grossly overpriced for the quality. The previous unit ruined the ground and pretty sure there’s mold in the pipes. DO NOT MOVE HERERead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t move here, terrible management
November 19, 2021Since “Valiant” is in charge the residential is trash. They don’t have any idea how the building works. Their favorite word is “We don’t know”. Their goal is to complicated resident lives. They don’t have cleaning staff so is extremely dirty everywhere. Gym, Dog park are always extremely dirty because they don’t clean these areas. There are a lot of rats, cockroach, spiderwebs. They are not able to identify which area are not working like the grills, you have to go to the office to report it ...because they don’t walk around the building to see and improved the conditions of the bluing. They don’t have any kind of communication with residents. If you want to talk with the manager it’s impossible because she is always busy and she can’t receive visit. Don’t Move Here
September 16, 2021The management company switched to Valiant in early 2021. Very disappointing. Under-staffed. The hallways no longer get mopped, trash pick up is spotty, & u will NEVER get ur packages. They have too few lockers for the amount of residents so packages are just left in giant piles in front of the lockers for dogs to pee on, people to steal, etc. Management doesn’t want them in the secure office bc it’s too much work for them so residents just have dig through piles of them. And, if u have a package ...go missing (which u will), they do absolutely nothing to help u. It’s awful!Property Manager Responded

Awful Experience
August 17, 2021There's a list of reasons to complain about this place, but the number one reason is the staff. They have absolutely no concern for your safety or basic needs, like running water. I have had my car hit in the parking structure, exposed to a possibly toxic and deadly chemical for 22 hours, harassed by transients while walking my dog, and the common areas are so disgusting hardly anyone will even use them - the small pool has been green for weeks. The "updates" they're doing to the common areas and ...the facade of the building are simply bs reasons to increase the rent without increasing the value of living here. Zero Stars if I Could
August 10, 2021Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Seriously. Before Valiant Residential took over, this was a respectable place to live that was clean, well maintained, had wonderful staff and was SAFE. As soon as the new management took over, it was a downward spiral. They clearly don't care about the residents here. MULTIPLE instances of negligence when it comes to the safety of residents and no timely responses to the matter. They left one of the garage doors open for two whole months. Complained ...and tried to contact them and got ignored. Homeless people walking around the building and when you try to address the matter, nothing. The complex got broken into and they didn't fix it for FIVE DAYS... The front door was left wide open, mailboxes and packages broken into and stolen. When I tried to contact them of course no response. Multiple instances of police walking through the hallways and telling people to stay in their apartments because someone dangerous is on the loose inside the complex. All while sending multiple emails a day about renovating the pool and pushing for lease renewals. Their priority is not to the residents that live in this building. They don't care about safety, they just care about money. I have tried to contact someone several times and I get ignored. The people "working" in the leasing office are useless and downright rude and even hostile. Save yourself the headache.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management
March 16, 2021Mockingbird 5 changed their management in the fall, and everything has been terrible since. They turn the water off randomly for more than 24 hours at a time. Trash is never picked up, so there are rats running around. This used to be a lovely place to live, however it no longer is. March 16, 2021Since the new management, overflowing trash dumpsters, never addressed, stink up the parking garage. No cleaning staff addressing the dog pee and poop in the hallways, its disgusting. Not to mention the pools not being taken care of since the freeze. Im a really not a fan and wish I had know the property was for sale when i signed my lease!! Ps. Pipes Breaking Right and Left
