Complex is roach motel & over charging
December 19, 2019First thing the roaches(big black water bugs) crawling through the apartment is horrible. The water pressure is extremely low, garbage over flows onto walkway. Appliance are old and worn-out. This will be a huge mistake I promise you, the lease is 18 month(too long). Cats outside in the complex.Property Manager Responded

Never again
April 11, 2019I just want to say that i am NOT happy with this apartment complex. Because of guidelines i cannot express how i truly feel about these apartments. I am counting down my days until i can move my family out of here. Do not let yourself get persuaded into renewing your lease for newer appliances, i can promise you that it will not be new. It will be from another unit and it is just wiped down. My "new stove" had roaches. People in the office, not your best friends. Depending on how they feel ...that day will determine how you get treated. You will NEVER feel safe here. WORST Apartments EVER!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 25, 2017My boyfriend and I just recently moved in and we love it!! When we first initially came out to look at the apartments Aracelli assisted the both of us and she was really sweet. We let her know that we needed a place by the end of the week and we were able to move in within two days of speaking with her. We love the fact that the neighbors are really nice and friendly and that there is not much noise. Also, since we have a son we love the fact that there is a playground and it is kid friendly. The ...apartment is really nice and as soon as we need something they make sure to get with us that day. We also like the fact that when we first came to see the apartment that Aracelli was really friendly and was patient with all the questions that she asked us. She also wasn't like any other leasing agents that are just trying to sell you. She gave her honest opinion as well as asking us what was important when looking for an apartment which showed us that she actually cared about what we thought.
