Loud and Overpriced
July 25, 2022No insulation in windows, lack of amenities, walls are super thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the complex. Greedy owners, and constant safety issues with water damage, alarms, and front doors all having issues or need to be replaced frequently.Property Manager Responded

I love the character of the building and the location can't be beat - right downtown and walkable to restaurants, shopping, and breweries. The office and maintenance team have been amazing.
