Winston Salem is the 5th-largest city in North Carolina and is considered part of the Piedmont Triad region in Forsyth County. It is home to the tallest office building, known as the Wells Fargo Center. It is also known as the “Twin City” because of its dual heritage for Arts and Innovation.
