Roach Palace
April 2, 2023I moved there late December last year. Saw cockroaches the my second night living there. They made me pay a $1,425 deposit, which I had to gather in two days or else I couldn't get the apartment. Then another $985 in order to move in. What greedy cash grabbing landlords would allow a tenant to move inside such a place? Mind you, I only moved in a mere three blankets and pillows, no furniture. Im not filthy person, haven't lived there long enough for filth to build, and a neighbor who used to a ...manager at my job says he suffers the same infestation problem, so it's not a matter of filth on my part. Oh, and he lived there before I did. Pest control doesn't work. The roaches only return once the pesticide wears. Now that Spring has started, they now conquered my porch steps and the lining of my doorway entrance. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!
