500 Crawford has a great location and attractive amenities, but management's failure to consistently enforce its community rules made living there a frustrating experience.
Throughout our shortened tenancy, marijuana smoke from neighboring apartments regularly entered our unit, making it difficult to enjoy our home. disappointing was not that the issue occurred, but that it persisted for months despite repeated reports and documented evidence. Despite these efforts, the problem continued with little meaningful action or improvement.
Community rules and lease terms only work when they are enforced consistently. Residents who follow the rules should not have to endure ongoing lease violations that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their homes. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at 500 Crawford.
If responsive management and consistent enforcement of community standards are important to you, I would encourage you to carefully consider other options.
