    This location has totally dropped in value. Management, customer service, unit insulation, plumbing etc makes this building and RELATED a terrible option amongst their competitors in the centralized downtown chicago area. Management is extremely unprofessional. They are rude and will harass their tenants. They've tried turning off my fob because I had my mask down while alone in the gym. Now I have to use my neighbors fob to go to the gym or knock on the doors to be let in. Who turns off your ...
    fob without notifying you? Especially during your last month for a clear misunderstanding? This building needs to train their employees on unconscious biases and blatant inconsistencies. I say that because when I was working out in the gym, my mask was down on a cardio machine and there was someone else who later walked in with no mask and wasn't addressed. How does that make sense? How would that make anyone feel? Please save yourself the OVERPRICED rent and move somewhere else downtown. Their "app" and rentcafe platform is glitchy and their customer service is often abhorrent. It is not worth it! MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE DOWNTOWN. Not here! They turned my rent on autopay without my permission and made charges to my accounts without my permission. Again, who does that? I will be updating with photos and more detail. There is just too much to address before I leave... but I want to give it a wholistic analysis. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

  • Condo Style luxury

    I work in Real Estate and I have seen almost all of Chicago's luxury rental apartments. I would say that, hands down, the finishes in these units surpass any other I have seen! We love living here. There's something about this place that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the concierge service is a nice added plus. When it comes to the amenities, they really knew what they were doing. You do not need a gym membership anywhere else as there is ...
    an Equinox gym ion site! The pool area is spectacular and you can see the fireworks clearly each week. There's isn't enough I can say about this place. I would recommend this building above all others!
