Elevators and doors are broken constantly
July 18, 2022I have lived here for a year now and I don’t think a week has gone by when the elevators have not been down. Last week 3/4 elevators were down on the same day. Right now I believe two of them are down. The doors in from the parking garages and onto the floors are also broken all the time, meaning your normally have to go an extremely roundabout way to get to your apartment. Great building, but poorly managed

Good property but doesn't care about residents
November 24, 2021I've lived at this property since it opened and the property itself is nice with great amenities. However, when we toured, a selling point for the manager giving us the tour was how much resident and guest parking they have. We were told parking would be free. However, after 4 months, they decided to partner with a parking company and now we have to pay $75 a month per person and have made guest parking a difficult process. They also don't allow residents to park on one of the main parking areas ...during gamedays, so that they are able to make money off of people parking for panther's games. While I do like living here, I find it upsetting that they changed what they told us about parking when we toured and gave us no real option except to pay $75 a month.
