Great price in an expensive area

5000 Kester Ave is an apartment building nestled between much higher priced properties in the desirable neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. You're close to the famous Ventura Blvd, home of many great restaurants and great shopping.
The management is fair and easy to work with along with the current resident manager. It's a cute little courtyard layout with great, friendly neighbors.
Parking is a bit tight though. The building was built in the 60's and shows that age in some aspects. The plumbing is ...
okay, but it's starting to rust and really does need to be upgraded to copper. I would say that this is a great place to put yourself in a safe neighborhood while being on a tight budget.
