Studio apt in 8 unit complex

It's a cute building. But it is old. The management company that runs it is really rude and difficult to deal with. They keep adding expenses and when you ask them what they are for? they jump to "fine I will just say you refuse to pay" so basically you can not ask what any expenses are. You just have to pay. There is 1 coin washer & dryer for 8 units. 1 parking spot in the back (uncovered). A/C and heater is a wall unit. The closet is big.
