Horrible living conditions

This place has horrible living conditions. The rent is very low however the landlord does not maintain the building, does not get things fixed. On-site laundry room is destroyed and washer and dryers don’t work, mold issues in restroom. Major plumbing throughout the whole building, building is not secure and anyone can come in, landscape is unkept, landlord does not pay the internet and there’s no way you can install your own due to this building being built by the landlords father who passed ...

away. Stay away from this place. It needs to be torn down or mandated to be repaired.
