Good location. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The NJ rail station is about a 5 minute walk away as well as buses to Newark, NYC, and around town. The apartment itself is decent nothing fancy. Water gets turned off more than desired and with short notice. Noisy. Noise outside from people playing loud music in the parking lot and from people across the street. Horns always blowing. Disrespectful downstairs neighbors playing very loud music as early as 7 or 8am shaking my entire ...
apartment and my floors. I can have in earplugs with earphones with an air conditioner on in the shower and still hear it and when you try and call the office they do nothing about it they can send out unnecessary mass text to tell people about where to put trash but they can't do it to tell remind people to not have loud music but they want you to go and find who it is yourself. They are very indifferent and seems like you are bothering them and they are not very personable. I have to break my lease just to get some peace because this place drives me crazy. If that is ok with you then this might be for you. If not, Do yourself a favor and try and find someplace better for a little more.
